HOG( Hidden Objects Games) + Puzzle +Quest Game Type

เกมส์ที่มาออกตัวอย่างแรงเมื่อช่วงสองปีที่ผ่านมา และกำลังแซงเกมส์แนว Time Management ในกลุ่มตลาด Casual Game หลายๆคนเรียกเกมส์แนวนี้ว่า HOG เป็นคำที่ไม่เป็นทางการ ซึ่งย่อมาจาก Hidden Object Game  เกมส์กลุ่มนี้ อาจเรียกว่าเป็น Puzzle Game ก้ได้ เพราะออกแนวแก้ไข ปริศนา แก้เควส   เกมส์ HOG รุ่นแรกๆที่ออกมา เป็นเกมส์ที่มีรายการค้นหาสิ่งของที่ซ่อนไว้ในเกมส์ หรือ ฉากเกมส์นั้นๆ พร้อมกับการจับเวลา เพื่อให้ทำให้ทันตามที่เวลากำหนด เช่น Agatha Christie: Peril at End House

หลังๆเริ่มพัฒนาออกมา ให้มีลูกเล่นน่าสนใจมากขึ้น คือ ผสม puzzle ในเนื้อเรื่องเข้าไป เป็นการแก้ไขปริศนา และค้นหา items เพื่อนำมาแก้เควสที่ได้รับ รายชื่อ หรือ รายการหาของเริ่มน้อยลง เพิ่มแนว Point click adventure ผสมเข้าไป สิ่งของต่างๆในเกมส์ เริ่มมีความเชื่อมโยงกันมากขึ้น และได้รับการตอบรับจากคอเกมส์ทั่วโลก เป็นอย่างมาก  เกมส์ แนวนี้ เช่น

Magic Encyclopedia, Mystery Case Files Series,AZADA,Samantha Swift และอีกมากมาย
